The Chamber is involved in many activities and events throughout the South Sioux City area. Some of the more notable ones are:

Governor’s Day:

A yearly bus trip to Lincoln, NE to discuss issues that are important to our area of the State. The highlight of the day includes a luncheon, often with the Governor, Lt. Governor, and most of the Senators attending. This year's trip was held on April 18, 2011.

Annual Banquet 2011

Our annual banquet is an evening dedicated to recognizing and awarding members of the community in a variety of capacities. It is a great opportunity to socialize and interact, as well as reflect on the accomplishments of the past year. This year our annual banquet took place on Monday, May 2, 2011 at the Marina Inn. Curt Tomasevicz, four-man bobsled gold medalist was our keynote speaker.

Community Cookout: 2009

A summer tradition at it’s best. Enjoy spending time with Chamber members, as well as others from the community, while enjoying great food. Our 2009 event will take place Saturday, July 25 at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 1805 W. 29th Street in South Sioux City.
